Ingredients for Apricot Jam :

  • 1 kg apricots
  • 800 g caster sugar

Important points for Apricot Jam :

  • Cut fruits into pieces.
  • Add the caster sugar.
  • Mix with wooden spatula and leave to macerate in the fridge for several hours stirring occasionally.
  • Cook the jam at 108°C, skimming off foam and stirring.
  • When finished, fill the jars with jam.
  • Close the jars and place them upside down until completely cool.
