Ham Cones

Ingredients for Ham Cones :

  • bayonne ham
  • white bread
  • soft butter
  • wooden toothpicks
  • cherry tomatoes

Technical stages for Ham Cones :

  • Slice the white bread regularly. Trim. You may toast the bread if you wish.
  • Slightly butter the slices with cremer butter. Cut each slice in squares.
  • Cut disc-shaped slices out of the ham and fold them in cones.
  • Lay those cones on each canape and hold it with a toothpick.
  • Decorate with cream butter in a decorating bag, a cherry tomato and a chunk of pickle.
