BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients for BBQ Pork Ribs :

  • pork ribs
  • sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 25 cl beef broth
  • 170 g tomato paste

Technical stages for BBQ Pork Ribs :

  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes, frequently stirring.
  • You can keep the sauce in the fridge if it is not to be used immediately.
  • Seal the ribs on a warm grill, 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat. Cover the grill with aluminium foil, punching holes for aeration.
  • Put back the ribs and coat liberally with sauce. Cook for 10 minutes, turning them. Coat again with sauce. Repeat twice, every 5 minutes.
