Courgettes and Cumin Cream

Ingredients for Courgettes and Cumin Cream :

  • 1 lemon
  • 4 courgettes
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 12,5 cl liquid cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Courgettes and Cumin Cream :

  • Remove the zests of lemon and press the juice.
  • Cut the courgettes in 5 mm slices.
  • Heat a bit of butter and oil in a frying pan.
  • Add half courgettes and fry them on both sides.
  • Remove from the pan and drain. Repeat this stage with the remaining courgettes.
  • When finished, place the cumin in the pan.
  • Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice and stir.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add the liquid cream and leave to boil for 2 minutes. Season.
  • Add the courgettes, stir for one minute on low heat and serve hot.
