Ingredients for Light Chocolate Butter Cream :

  • 5 egg whites
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • Flavours
  • 75 g praline
  • or
  • 35 g coffee extract
  • or
  • 35 g rum

Technical stages for Light Chocolate Butter Cream :

  • Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie and combine with the cream butter.
  • Prepare an italian meringue to which you'll add the chocolated soft butter.
  • Arrange and keep refrigerated.
