Ingredients for Crème brulée :

  • 8 à 10 jaunes d'œufs
  • 200 g de sucre
  • 1 gousse de vanille
  • 1/2 litre de crème fleurette
  • 1/2 litre de lait froid
  • cassonade en poudre

Important points for Crème brulée :

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
  • Add the cold cream and mix.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 100°C (212°F) in small clay pots.
  • Let cool in the fridge before caramelizing.
  • Use a blow torch or culinary torch.
