For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 litre of milk
  • 6 to 10 egg yolks
  • 250 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 250 g cream butter

Technical Stages :

  • Prepare a pastry cream with the ingredients. Add 50 g butter (optional).
  • Beat with a hand mixer until totally cooled. Combine with the cream butter.
  • Arrange and keep refrigerated.
