Ingredients for Orange Flavoured Cream :

  • 2 orange zests
  • 150 g pastry cream
  • 6 leaves gelatin
  • 300 g whipping cream

Technical stages for Orange Flavoured Cream :

  • Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  • Warm up slightly the pastry cream and combine with the drained gelatine and orange zests. Leave to cool.
  • Whip up the cold and combine it to the cold pastry cream.
  • Use immediately as a pie or cake filling.
