Shrimps with Chili Butter

Technical stages for Shrimps with Chili Butter :
- Peel the shrimp tails, keeping the head on the body of the shrimp.
- Melt the butter with the chili pepper until brownish.
- Before serving, put the shrimps in a pan with a bit of margarine or oil. Cover and cook over strong heat.
- Arrange in ramequins: 6 shrimps each, moistened with warm chili butter.
- Add quite some pepper and salt, then sprinkle with chiseled chives.
- Tip:
- Serve very warm! Salt with coarse sea salt.
