Ingredients for Salmon Balls with Camembert :

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g fresh salmon
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • pepper
  • 60 g camembert
  • 4 tsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g breadcrumbs
  • peanut oil for frying

Technical stages for Salmon Balls with Camembert :

  • Cook potatoes .
  • Drain them and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the onion, diced salmon, chopped parsley along with , lemon juice, vinegar and egg. Add salt and pepper.
  • Thoroughly mix until you obtain a thick stuffing.
  • Peel the camembert and cut it into 16 small dices.
  • Shape 16 balls using the palm of your hand.
  • Place a dice of camembert into the center of each ball and close well.
  • and fry at 180°C - 356°F until completely golden. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
