Salmon Balls with Camembert
Technical stages for Salmon Balls with Camembert :
- Cook potatoes .
- Drain them and place them in a bowl.
- Add the onion, diced salmon, chopped parsley along with , lemon juice, vinegar and egg. Add salt and pepper.
- Thoroughly mix until you obtain a thick stuffing.
- Peel the camembert and cut it into 16 small dices.
- Shape 16 balls using the palm of your hand.
- Place a dice of camembert into the center of each ball and close well.
- and at 180°C - 356°F until completely golden. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
