  • 500 g chicken white
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • nutmeg
  • flour
  • 50 g butter
  • salt
  • 1 lemon

  • Chop the chicken meat.
  • Put the bread slices in a bowl. Add 4 tablespoons heavy cream and crush with a fork.
  • Add the chicken, nutmeg, salt. Toss to coat.
  • Add the remaining cream if needed.
  • Form 8 oval balls.
  • Flour them.
  • Melt and the butter and let it foam. Add the balls and let them brown on both sides. Lower the heat and cook for an additional 7 to 8 minutes to cook fully. put on a warm service dish and serve with lemon slices.
