Crunchy Leeks
  • Time : 40 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 leek
  • 150 g sour cream
  • saffron
  • 200 g shortcrust pastry
  • 50 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Prepare the shortcrust pastry. Keep in the fridge (do it preferably the day before).
  • Sweat in butter the minced leek, season, add cream and saffron. Cook until the preparation is bound (reduced).
  • Roll out the pastry dough and ease it into individual tart pans Bake blind.
  • Garnish the baked shells with the leek.
  • Decoration:
  • Sprinkle with saffron.
