  • 1 squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 litre milk
  • grated emmental
  • 1 garlic clove
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Squash Dauphinois :

  • Peel the squash and slice it into 0,5 cm thick slices.
  • Rub a pan with garlic clove cut in 2.
  • Place the squash slices in it.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs along with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and milk. Pour this mixture over the squash.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
