Turkey Fricassée with Chocolate
Technical stages for Turkey Fricassée with Chocolate :
- The day before: Prepare a marinade by mixing 1/2 litre water and the cube of stock in a sala bowl.
- Remove the zests of an orange that was previously washed and juice it.

- Break the chocolate coating into pieces and add it to the filtered juice.
- Mix well using a whisk.

- Replace the pieces of turkey in the cooking juice and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- Thinly the sweet potatoes.
- Fry them for a few minutes until you obtain a nice browned colour.
- Drain them on paper towel.
- Grill sesame seeds in a dry pan.
- Serve the meat sprinkled with browned sesame seeds and with sweet potato chips and chocolate sauce on the side.
