  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 15 cl tequila
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp aniseeds
  • 1 cube poultry stock
  • 50 g chocolate coating
  • 1 Tsp corn starch
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 litre peanut oil
  • salt
