Prepare all the ingredients.
The day before: Prepare a marinade by mixing 1/2 litre water and the cube of stock in a sala bowl.

Place the pieces of turkey in the marinade...

Next day: Brown the pieces of turkey in a frying pan with a bit of oil, garlic and onions.
Season and add the marinade.
Bring to light boil...
...and cook covered for about 30 minutes.
Remove the pieces of turkey.
Strain the cooking juice.
Break the chocolate coating into pieces and add it to the filtered juice.
Mix well using a whisk.

Replace the pieces of turkey in the cooking juice...
...and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
Thinly the sweet potatoes.
Fry them for a few minutes...
...until you obtain a nice browned colour.
Drain them on paper towel.
Grill sesame seeds in a dry pan.
Serve the meat sprinkled with browned sesame seeds and with sweet potato chips and chocolate sauce on the side.
