  • 225 g fresh lemon balm flowers
  • 20 g cinnamon
  • 40 g lemon zests
  • 40 g cloves
  • 10 g coriander
  • 10 g angelic root
  • 1.25 litre 80% alcohol

  • Grind all the ingredients and macerate them for 4 days in alcohol. Filter and keep in bottles.
