Technical stages for Beaujolaise Rib Steak :
- Cook the rib steaks in a pan with hot butter. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, depending how you like your meat (medium, rare, etc..).
- Keep warm.
- In the same pan, the onion and shallot until golden. with Beaujolais and a bit.
- Correct seasoning if needed. Whisk in butter.
