  • 2 rib steaks, 400 g each
  • 50 g + 50 g butter
  • 1 glass beaujolais
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped shallots
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Beaujolaise Rib Steak :

  • Cook the rib steaks in a pan with hot butter. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, depending how you like your meat (medium, rare, etc..).
  • Keep warm.
  • In the same pan, the onion and shallot until golden. with Beaujolais and a bit.
  • Correct seasoning if needed. Whisk in butter.
