Technical Stages :
- Melt the butter in a large pan.
- When hot, brown the fillets for 5 minutes on each side. Make sure they're golden.
- Arrange on a service dish. Salt.
- Put th epan back on the stove. the juices and with a bit of water.
- Let for a couple of seconds and the meat with this quick sauce.
- Sprinkle the fillets with chopped parsley and put a slice of lemon on top of each.
