  • 6 veal fillets
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 lemon
  • parsley
  • salt

Technical stages for Veal Fillet :

  • Melt the butter in a large pan.
  • When hot, brown the fillets for 5 minutes on each side. Make sure they're golden.
  • Arrange on a service dish. Salt.
  • Put th epan back on the stove. the juices and with a bit of water.
  • Let for a couple of seconds and the meat with this quick sauce.
  • Sprinkle the fillets with chopped parsley and put a slice of lemon on top of each.
