Technical stages for Braised Fennel :
- Peel the fennel and cook it for 5 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Cut it in two and put it in a pot. Add the wine, oil, a small glass of water, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook over very low heat for 30 to 40 minutes/
- Add the parsley before serving.
- SLIM TIPS:
- In case of a low-fat diet, use only 1 tablespoon oil. Fennel is full of minerals and antioxyde vitamins.
