Technical Stages :
- Peel the celery, wash it and cut it in small pieces.
- Puree the roquefort with a fork.
- Mix the roquefort puree, crème fraiche, chopped celery and a bit of pepper.
- Fill the feuilletes with this mix and top with a piece of walnut.
- Serve cold.
- NOTE:
- You can also make you own feuilletes, it'll taste even better.
- To do this, puff pastry paste and cut four 8 cm-large squares. Put them on a slightly greased baking sheet and . Bake in a wram oven (180°C or 356°F) for about 20 minutes.
