Cheese Feuilletes

Ingredients for Cheese Feuilletes :

  • 4 small pre-prepared feuilletes
  • 60 g Roquefort
  • 1 small celery branch
  • 4 walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Cheese Feuilletes :

  • Peel the celery, wash it and cut it in small pieces.
  • Puree the roquefort with a fork.
  • Mix the roquefort puree, crème fraiche, chopped celery and a bit of pepper.
  • Fill the feuilletes with this mix and top with a piece of walnut.
  • Serve cold.
  • NOTE:
  • You can also make you own feuilletes, it'll taste even better.
  • To do this, roll out puff pastry paste and cut four 8 cm-large squares. Put them on a slightly greased baking sheet and glaze. Bake in a wram oven (180°C or 356°F) for about 20 minutes.
