Ingredients for Potato Feuilleté :

  • 1.3 kg potatoes
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp curcuma
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp powdered cardamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped coriander
  • fresh mint
  • salt
  • pepper
  • puff pastry
  • puppy seeds

Technical stages for Potato Feuilleté :

  • Dice the potatoes and quickly cook them . Drain.
  • In a frying pan, the onion and chopped garlic in butter.
  • Add spices, ginger and potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the lemon juice and fresh chopped mint. Stir.
  • the puff pastry with 2,5 mm thickness and cut equal squares in it.
  • glaze the edges with egg wash.
  • Place a bit of potato mixture in each center.
  • Fold in a triangle by pressing the edges.
