Important points for Potato Feuilleté :
- Place a bit of potato mixture in each center.
- Fold in a triangle by pressing the edges.
- the triangles of the pastry with egg wash.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake on a baking sheet in warm oven (180°C - 356°F) for about 15 minutes until they are colored and puffed.
