  • 2 onions
  • 100 g diced pork belly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 fresh savory sprigs
  • salt

  • Peel the beans.
  • Peel and finely the onions.
  • Slowly the onions in olive oil, add the pork and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the beans, savorym 2 tablespoons water, salt and pepper. Mix, cover amd gently simmer for 10 minutes until the beans are really soft.
