Picard Strings

Ingredients for Picard Strings :

  • 12 crêpes
  • 150 g ham
  • 250 g white mushrooms
  • 150 g gratted Comté cheese
  • 40 cl double cream
  • 40 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Picard Strings :

  • Prepare a crepes batter.
  • Cook 12 crepes and keep them warm.
  • Stir-fry the shredded mushrooms in butter. Add salt and pepper.
  • Garnish each crepe with double cream, mushrooms, ham in strips and comté.
  • Roll them and put them in a buttered dish. Coat with cream and sprinkle the remaining mushrooms, ham, comté, as well as a few knobs of butter.
  • Broil for 10 minutes in a warm oven at 210°C or 410°F.
  • Serve immediately.
