Figs Roasted in balsamic vinegar

For this recipe, you need :

  • 8 to 12 fresh figs (to cook)
  • 30 g butter
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Clean the figs under running water and cut them in two.
  • In a pan, heat the butter until it sizzles.
  • Add the figs and fry them for a few minutes each side. Slightly season with salt and pepper.
  • When the figs are cooked, deglaze the pan with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
  • Dress the figs as a side vegetables for a meat or fish.
