Figs Roasted in balsamic vinegar

For this recipe, you need :
8 to 12 fresh figs (to cook)
30 g butter
balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
Technical Stages :
Clean the figs under running water and cut them in two.
In a pan, heat the butter until it sizzles.
Add the figs and fry them for a few minutes each side. Slightly season with salt and pepper.
When the figs are cooked, deglaze the pan with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Dress the figs as a side vegetables for a meat or fish.
