  • 6 large sole fillets
  • flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Sole Fillet, Garlic Sauce :

  • Rince the fillets and pat them dry.
  • Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Flour the fillets. Shake to get rid of the excess flour.
  • Peel and chop the garlic. it in thin slices. Cook the sole fillets in a pan for 6 to 7 minutes, unitl golden on both sides.
  • Keep warm.
  • Mix garlic and bread crumbs. Pour the olive oil on it while stirring in order to obtain the consistency of a mayonnaise. Add vinegar. Coat the fish with this sauce.
  • Serve.
