Sole Fillet, Garlic Sauce
Technical stages for Sole Fillet, Garlic Sauce :
- Rince the fillets and pat them dry.
- Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Flour the fillets. Shake to get rid of the excess flour.
- Peel and chop the garlic. it in thin slices. Cook the sole fillets in a pan for 6 to 7 minutes, unitl golden on both sides.
- Keep warm.
- Mix garlic and bread crumbs. Pour the olive oil on it while stirring in order to obtain the consistency of a mayonnaise. Add vinegar. Coat the fish with this sauce.
- Serve.
