  • fresh ginger
  • 300 g strawberries

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel a small 2 cm long piece of ginger...

Place these sticks in a saucepan with 20 cl water and 100 g sugar. Bring to a boil and leave the ginger to candy for 15 minutes on gentle boil.

Remove from heat and leave to cool.

Mince the strawberries...
