Ingredients for Pastry Flan :

  • 200 g sweet dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • vanilla extract
  • salt
  • 1/4 litre milk
  • 1/4 litre liquid cream

Technical stages for Pastry Flan :

  • the sweet dough.
  • into a 20 cm diameter dessert ring.
  • Place aluminium foil on the dough and add the aluminium pebbles to the shell. Bake in warm oven for about 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, the whole eggs with sugar.
  • Add vanilla extract and flour. Mix well. Add milk and boiling cream.
  • Pour the in the prebaked pie shell.
  • Bake in warm oven (180°C - 356°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • When finished, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
