Ingredients for Pastry Flan :

  • 200 g sweet dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • vanilla extract
  • salt
  • 1/4 litre milk
  • 1/4 litre liquid cream

Important points for Pastry Flan :

  • Roll out the sweet dough.
  • ease into a 20 cm diameter dessert ring.
  • Place aluminium foil over the dough and add the aluminium pebbles to prebake the shell. Bake in warm oven for about 20 minutes.
