  • 250 g liver
  • 30 ml soya sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch pepper, salt
  • 15 ml sesame seeds
  • 5 ml oil
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 large onion

Technical stages for Spicy Liver in Garlic :

  • Cut the liver in thin slices, then in pieces.
  • Put in a small pot with the soya sauce, garlic, butter, pepper, sesame seeds, oil and sugar.
  • Cut the onion in pieces and cut each piece in 4 slices. Add to the liver and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
  • Add 125 ml water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat until tender. Add salt.
