Technical stages for Spicy Liver in Garlic :
- Cut the liver in thin slices, then in pieces.
- Put in a small pot with the soya sauce, garlic, butter, pepper, sesame seeds, oil and sugar.
- Cut the onion in pieces and cut each piece in 4 slices. Add to the liver and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
- Add 125 ml water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat until tender. Add salt.
