Ingredients for Foie gras en brioche à la figue :
1 beau foie gras frais de 600 grammes dénervé
sel
poivre
4 figues séchées
figue confite (rayon épicerie fine)
Pâte à brioche:
250 g de farine
5 g de sel
10 g de sucre
10 g de levure fraiche de boulanger
3 ufs entiers
100 g de beurre ramolli
5 cl d'eau tiède
