For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 kg chestnuts
  • 130 g softened butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 280 g dark chocolate
  • 5 candied chestnuts
  • vanilla extract
  • cognac

Prepare all ingredients:

Cook the chestnuts 20 minutes in boiling salted water. When cooked, drain them and peel them.
