Ingredients for Friands Cocktail :

  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 8 sausages
  • 30 g butter
  • paprika
  • 1 egg (to glaze)

Technical stages for Friands Cocktail :

  • Prick the sausages with a fork and them for 3 minutes in boiling water.
  • Brown them in a pan with butter, without completely cooking them. Add the paprika. Mix.
  • the puff pastry.
  • Arrange the sausages on top of it and wrap in pastry. Seal with beaten egg yolk.
  • the whole pastry with egg yolk and cut in 4 cm-long (1,57 inches) pieces.
  • Arrange on a slightly greased baking sheet and cook at 180°C or 356°F for about twenty minutes.
  • Serve warm.
