  • 100 g peach
  • 50 g apricot
  • 50 g raspberry
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • sweetener

  • Poach the fruits in water flavoured with a vanilla pod.
  • When poached, reduce the juice and add the sweetener and raspberries. Mix in a blender.
  • Sift the coulis. Cool it down in the fridge.
  • Arrange the poached fruits in a bowl and coat with the raspberry coulis.
