Ingredients for Exotic Fruit Salad :

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 guavas
  • 2 lychees
  • 2 mangos
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 g sugar in lumps
  • 1 glass rum
  • 1 glass water

Technical stages for Exotic Fruit Salad :

  • Make a syrup by melting sugar in water and bringing to a boil for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
  • Peel the pineapple and slice it.
  • Peel the other fruits, seed or pit them and cut them into pieces.
  • Finally, peel the bananas and slice them.
  • Gather all the fruits in a salad bowl. Drizzle with the cooled syrup and rum.
  • Leave to macerate one hour in the fridge before serving.
