Technical stages for Exotic Fruit Salad :
- Make a syrup by melting sugar in water and bringing to a boil for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Peel the pineapple and slice it.
- Peel the other fruits, seed or pit them and cut them into pieces.
- Finally, peel the bananas and slice them.
- Gather all the fruits in a salad bowl. Drizzle with the cooled syrup and rum.
- Leave to macerate one hour in the fridge before serving.
