For this recipe, you need :

  • 230 g butter (200 + 30)
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tsp fine salt
  • 15 g baker's yeast
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tsp orange flower water
  • 2 Tsp Cognac
  • Finishing:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 g diced candied fruits
  • 60 g grain sugar
  • 3 Tsp blond coating
