Galette Feuilletée with Chocolate

Ingredients for Galette Feuilletée with Chocolate :

	1 Prepare all the ingredients.
	2 cremer the butter with sugar in a bowl.
	3 Add the eggs and mix well.
	4 Add melted chocolate in a bain-marie or micro-wave...
	5 ...then the ground almonds.
	6 Roll out the puff pastry in 2 similar rolled out pieces.
	7 Place the first rolled out piece on a moistened pastry sheet.
	8 Prick the bottom using a dodger.
	9 Cover with chocolate cream.
	10 Do not forget to insert a figurine (fève).
	11 Brush the outlines of the dough with eggwash.
	12 Cover with the second rolled out piece.
	13 Press the sides with your finger tips so that the 2 rolled out pieces stick well together.
	14 Cut the sides of galette in a scalloped design.
	15 Leave to prove half-hour in the fridge.
	16 Glaze the surface of the galette with egg yolk.
	17 Using the tip of a knife, decorate the surface by drawing circle bows.
	18 Bake in hot oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
	19 When finished...
	20 ...sprinkle the galette with icing sugar...
	21 ...and place another 5 minutes in the oven that has been turned off. Serve warm.
