Chocolate Ganache
  • For : Dessert preparation
  • Time : 20 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 50 g butter

Technical Stages :

  • Boil the whipping cream and pour it on top of the diced dark chocolate.
  • Blend well in order to get a homogeneous mix. Combine the butter bits by bits.
  • The ganache is ready for use. In some cases you must let it set before working on it (truffles, etc..)
