Coffee Ganache

Ingredients for Coffee Ganache :

  • 250 g whipping cream
  • 20 g soluble coffee
  • 650 g coffee-flavoured chocolate
  • 100 g cream butter

Technical stages for Coffee Ganache :

  • Boil the whipping cream with the coffee. Pour on top of the crushed coffee chocolate. Whisk in order to get a homogeneous mixture. Add the butter bits by bits. Let it set at room temperature.
