  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 50 g butter

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the whipping cream...

...and pour it on top of the diced dark chocolate.

Blend well...

...until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Combine the butter bits by bits.

The ganache is ready for use. In some cases you might have to let it set before working on it (truffles, etc..)
