Dark Ganache

For this recipe, you need :

  • 300 g milk
  • 300 g whipping cream
  • 750 g dark covering

Technical Stages :

  • Bring the milk and whipping cream to a boiling point. Cut the chocolate in small pieces.
  • Pour the boiling milk/cream mix on top of the chocolate.
  • Blend well.
