Ingredients for Fresh Fruits Gaspacho :

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 250 g red currants
  • 4 white peaches
  • 2 lemons
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1/2 bunch of basil
  • 150 g spice bread

Technical stages for Fresh Fruits Gaspacho :

  • the tomatoes, seed them and dice them.
  • Cut the tops off the strawberries, wash them, and add them to the diced tomatoes.
  • Add half of the raspberries and half of the red currants, sugar, the juice of a lemon, and 8 leaves of basil.
  • Mix and store in the fridge for 2 hours.
