Surprise Angel Cake

Technical stages for Surprise Angel Cake :
- Preheat the oven at 180°.
- together the flour, sugar and and keep aside.
- Put the egg whites, salt and cream of tartar in a large bowl. Beat the eggs whites until stiff.
- Add the vanilla to the egg whites.
- Combine very gently the flour and sugar mix to it, spoon by spoon.
- Pour the preparation in a baking pan. Do not grease.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (until the cake becomes golden).
- When finished, unmold on a plate and leave to cool.
- Cut horizontally in three parts of equivalent size.
- Fill up fruits (of your choice) between the layers while reassembling the cake.
