Ingredients for Carrot Cake :
250 g flour
1 package baking powder
1 small teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
160 g oil
2 eggs
250 g sugar
125 g ground hazelnuts
375 g shredded carrots
Technical stages for Carrot Cake :
Mix 1:
Sift
together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mix 2:
Mix the oil, eggs and sugar.
Combine mix 1 and 2 and add the ground hazelnuts and shredded carrots.
Put in a buttered baking pan and bake at 160°C or 320°F for about 1h25.
