Carrot Cake

Technical stages for Carrot Cake :
- Mix 1:
- together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix 2:
- Mix the oil, eggs and sugar.
- Combine mix 1 and 2 and add the ground hazelnuts and shredded carrots.
- Put in a buttered baking pan and bake at 160°C or 320°F for about 1h25.
