Technical stages for Easter Queen Cake :
- Mix the grated chocolate with the flour, sugars and melted butter. Add the egg yolks.
- Beat the egg whites with the salt, gently combine them into the mixture.
- Pour the batter in a buttered angel food cake pan and bake for 30 minutes in a warm oven at 180°C or 356°F. When finished, let cool and unmold.
