Easter Queen Cake

Ingredients for Easter Queen Cake :

  • 120 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 125 g chocolate
  • 50 cl whipping cream (liquid)
  • 1 package vanillated sugar
  • 25 g icing sugar

Technical stages for Easter Queen Cake :

  • Mix the grated chocolate with the flour, sugars and melted butter. Add the egg yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites with the salt, gently combine them into the mixture.
  • Pour the batter in a buttered angel food cake pan and bake for 30 minutes in a warm oven at 180°C or 356°F. When finished, let cool and unmold.
  • Whisk the whipping cream with the sugar into a chantilly.
  • Garnish the center of the cake with a dented pastry bag.
  • Keep refrigerated until serving.
