Chocolate Cake with Strawberrys
Technical Stages :
- Butter and flour 4 ramekins of 3 dl each.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- the egg yolks with sugar.
- Add the flour and baking powder.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Add the butter and mix well to smooth the preparation.
- Pour the chocolate in the preparation that was previousely obtained and mix.
- Beat the egg white very firm.
- Delicately add them by gently stirring in a up and down movement.
- Pour this preparation in the ramekins and bake 20 to 25 minutes in a hot oven.
- During the baking, blend half strawberries with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and the lemon juice.
- When finished, remove the cakes from the molds and place on 4 soup plates. Pour the strawberry coulis around. Place the rest of the pieces of strawberries on top. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
