During the baking...

...blend half strawberries with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and the lemon juice.

When finished, remove the cakes from the molds and place on 4 soup plates. Pour the strawberry coulis around. Place the rest of the pieces of strawberries on top. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
