Cake "Mymiche"

Technical Stages :
- the eggs along with sugar.
- Add the Vanilla Flan powder (i.e. the value of 1/2 litre finished preparation). Mix.
- Add the cold milk, raisins and vanilla bourbon.
- Add the day old bread cut in pieces.
- Mix well.
- Leave the pieces of bread to soak in the vanilla juice for an hour.
- Pour the preparation in a slightly greased rectangular mold.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- When finished, leave to cool.
- Cut portions and serve with a .
- Nota: This cake bears also the name of "Mymiche Cake" in
- reference to their authors.
