Prepare all the ingredients.
cremer the eggs along with sugar.
Add the Vanilla Flan powder (i.e. the value of 1/2 litre finished preparation).
Mix.
Add the cold milk...
...raisins and vanilla bourbon.
Add the day old bread cut in pieces.
Mix well.
Leave the pieces of bread to soak in the vanilla juice for an hour.
Pour the preparation in a slightly greased rectangular mold.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
When finished, leave to cool.
Cut portions and serve with a crème anglaise.
