Oriental Coconut Cake

Technical stages for Oriental Coconut Cake :
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add milk or yoghurt to make a fluid batter.
- Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Pour in a buttered cake pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or 356°F.
- with a syrup made of water, sugar and orange flower water or lemon juice.
