  • water
  • sugar
  • orange flower water or leamon juice

Technical stages for Oriental Coconut Cake :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add milk or yoghurt to make a fluid batter.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Pour in a buttered cake pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or 356°F.
  • with a syrup made of water, sugar and orange flower water or lemon juice.
